贝尔培训学院付款及取消政策
付款政策
在开始贝尔培训之前，需要全额付款。连同课程确认一起，您将收到一份收到后即付款的贝尔培训学院发票说明。在收到全额付款前，我们将保留培训证书。可接受的付款方式包括支票、银行本票、旅行支票、信用卡、保险金或资金电汇。飞机购买、客户服务设施协议或合同相关培训涵盖的培训除外。所有款项必须以美元支付，且必须来自请求培训的国家/地区。不接受现金付款！
付款方式
- 信用卡（American Express、MasterCard、Visa、Discover或借记卡）
- 支票（银行打印）- 公司或个人支票；支票需支付给Bell Helicopter Textron Inc.
- 银行本票、旅行支票
- 旅行支票必须源于学生来自的国家/地区
- 保险金
- 资金电汇 - 请向培训学院提供电汇副本，其中应包括听课人姓名、课程名称和日期，以确保获得适当的信贷。资金可以按以下方式转拨：

取消政策
为了给我们的客户带来最佳体验，贝尔实施了我们的取消政策，以帮助确保我们的客户能够在需要时报名参加课程。
- 所有付款都应在所有课程之前的30个工作日内支付。如果预约的时间短于30天，则应立即付款（在提供服务之前受付款限制（即，州法律实施）的组织除外）。
- 不会向任何拖欠摊款的客户颁发培训证书。
- 这些政策的例外情况只能由贝尔全球客户培训总经理授权。
Please Note: The Bell Training Academy reserves the right to cancel any training course at any time with notice provided to the customer. If the Bell Training Academy cancels a course, the customer may either apply the registration payment amount toward a future course or receive a refund for the registration payment amount only. All other expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
